Personal Life
Colton went to Western Michigan University and played on their football team until graduating in 2002 with a degree in Business marketing. While there he became friends with Matt Cappotelli, who went on to participate in WWE Tough Enough.
Colton is Jewish. He has a brother named Greg Colton, who works on Fox Network's Family Guy. As well as his well documented friendship with CM Punk, Colton is good friends with current WWE wrestlers Daniel Bryan, Johnny Curtis, Kofi Kingston, Zack Ryder, Tyson Kidd, Curt Hawkins, Evan Bourne & Dolph Ziggler.
