Ciscoes of Northwestern North America
Three species of cisco inhabit waters of the northwestern North America. These have been found to represent distinct evolutionary lineages, by genetic data.
- Arctic cisco – Coregonus autumnalis
- Bering cisco – Coregonus laurettae
- Least cisco – Coregonus sardinella
