Federal Aviation Administration
As a result of the September 11th terrorist attacks in 2001, amid concerns that general aviation could pose a threat to public safety, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) placed a permanent Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) over the entire Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. The flight restriction extends outward from Cinderella's Castle, which is used as a visual reference, in a 3 mile radius up to 3000 feet above the surface. However, law enforcement and Walt Disney World Cessna 172 aircraft are exempt from this TFR.

“It is odd that the NCAA would place a school on probation for driving an athlete to class, or providing a loan, but would have no penalty for a school that violates Title IX, a federal law.”
