Christopher Martin (Mayflower Pilgrim)

Christopher Martin (c. 1582-1620/21) voyaged to the New World aboard the Mayflower in 1620 to escape religious persecution under King James VI and I. He was also one of the signers of the Mayflower Compact. Christopher Martin was born about 1582, probably in Billericay, Essex.
