Chinese Islamic cuisine (Chinese: 清真菜; pinyin: qīngzhēn cài or Chinese: 回族菜; pinyin: huízú cài; literally "Hui people's cuisine") is the cuisine of the Hui (ethnic Chinese Muslims) and other Muslims living in China.
