Nutritional Facts
There are a variety of Chewy Granola Bars, with different calorie counts and other nutritional facts. Quaker Oats recently introduced a 90 calorie Chocolate Chunk Granola Bar, which is the lowest calorie Chewy Granola Bar on the market. There is not much difference between the 90 calorie and the regular chocolate chip bar. The 90 calorie bar has less saturated fat and total carbohydrates, but has more sodium. The Chewy Bar has competition with some other brands of granola bars for the healthiest granola bar. The Nature Valley Peanut Butter Granola Bar has 90 calories as well, but Kellogg’s has a granola bar that is ten less calories.
The highest calorie Chewy Granola Bars are the ones are covered in chocolate. The chocolate covered Chewy Granola Bars are called Chewy Dipps and most of them have a calorie count of 140 calories. The Chewy Dipp Coconut Granola Bars have a higher calorie count at 195 calories. Even with the highest calorie Chewy Granola Bar is still better than a candy bar.

Famous quotes containing the word facts:
“To-day ... when material prosperity and well earned ease and luxury are assured facts from a national standpoint, womans work and womans influence are needed as never before; needed to bring a heart power into this money getting, dollar-worshipping civilization; needed to bring a moral force into the utilitarian motives and interests of the time; needed to stand for God and Home and Native Land versus gain and greed and grasping selfishness.”
—Anna Julia Cooper (18591964)
