Chester Grant is a fictional character in the TV series Monarch of the Glen, played by actor Anthony Head.
A millionaire via chickens, Chester Grant comes to Glenbogle with PA Lucy Ford to start a new life. He immediately takes a fancy to local farmer Isobel Anderson and tries to win her affections. He tries to impress her by selling her chutney to major retailers, but this just annoys her. He so wants to be with her, he takes on Paul Bowman (Isobel's chutney business partner) at a clay pigeon shooting contest. It looks like Chester is going to win until Golly Mackenzie comes along and saves the day for Paul. This annoys Chester, but when Paul breaks up with Lucy, it is inevitable Paul is going to get together with Isobel, so Chester takes a backstep, and lets them get together.
