Cancellations
Cher canceled eight shows. Seven were due to an illness that she called "Vegas Throat". Rumors spread saying that the star had cancer. Cher made an appearance on the Today show and Access Hollywood saying, "If I had cancer everyone would know about it. I wouldn't tell them but someone would." She also said she could not wait to return to Las Vegas in February 2009. The canceled dates were: September 7, 23, 24, 27, 28 and October 4 and 5 in 2008. The eighth cancellation was on May 22, 2010, as Cher was suffering from a stomach bug.
