First Museum of Cultural Revolution
As the writer Ba Jin dreamt of, this maybe the first non-official museum in China mainland dedicated to the Cultural revolution.
Some of the funding came from the Hong Kong businessman Li Ka-shing, originally from Shantou, who also funded Shantou University.
