Chasing Yesterday (book Series)

Chasing Yesterday is a series of books written by Robin Wasserman. The series follows a girl after she wakes up in the middle of rubble, with no memory of her past. J.D. must find out where she came from. When everyone around her are strangers, who can she trust? Definitely not herself.

Famous quotes containing the words chasing and/or yesterday:

Put in hours and hours of planning, figure everything down to the last detail, then what? Burglar alarms start going off all over the place for no sensible reason. A gun fires of its own accord and a man is shot. And a broken-down old house no good for anything but chasing kids has to trip over us. Blind accidents. What can you do against blind accidents?
    Ben Maddow (1909–1992)

Nearly all the bands are mustered out of service; ours therefore is a novelty. We marched a few miles yesterday on a road where troops have not before marched. It was funny to see the children. I saw our boys running after the music in many a group of clean, bright-looking, excited little fellows.
    Rutherford Birchard Hayes (1822–1893)
