CII members are expected to maintain requisite standards of knowledge and of behaviour. An independent Professional Standards Board exists to promote professionalism and the adoption of high standards widely throughout the Insurance and Financial Services Industry and interfaces with Government, with regulators and most importantly consumers in pursuing this objective.
