Charles Henry Morgan (July 5, 1842 – January 4, 1912) was a United States Representative for Missouri from March 4, 1875 - March 3, 1879, March 4, 1883 - March 3, 1885, March 4, 1893 - March 3, 1895, and March 4, 1909 - March 3, 1911.
