Achievements
Chadbourne Elementary School was designated as a National Blue Ribbon School in 1989. The school achieved the highest test scores in the district, and was considered to have an innovative curriculum, despite the assessment being made at a time of teacher unrest.
Chadbourne has also been designated a California Distinguished School four times, most recently in 2006.
In 2012, both the Chadbourne boys and girls basketball teams won in overtime in the regional championships.
