The regular hosts currently heard on the network are Grant Lawrence, Craig Norris, Lana Gay and Graham Wright. Norris, Lawrence and Gay each host a four-hour program on weekdays; because the programming schedule means that Norris' morning program is airing as early as 5 a.m. in western time zones, his program is then repeated in the evenings. Morey and Wright each host three-hour programs on weekends.

Past hosts have included Tariq Hussain, Amanda Putz, Lauren Burrows, Pete Morey, Lisa Christiansen and Vish Khanna. Hussain still contributes to Radio 3 as a guest host, while Putz, Gay, Christiansen and Khanna remain with the CBC in other roles.

Canadian musicians and other media personalities have also sometimes appeared as guest hosts, including Joel Plaskett, Carolyn Mark, Buck 65, Nirmala Basnayake, Hannah Sung, Brent Bambury and Nardwuar the Human Serviette.

Some personalities associated with sister service Bande à part have also appeared on the network as reporters or correspondents covering Quebec's music scene, and several of the network's technical producers are also occasionally heard as segment contributors or guest hosts.
