Catherine Tizard
Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, ONZ, GCMG, GCVO, DBE, QSO, DStJ (née Maclean; born 4 April 1931) was Mayor of Auckland City and the 16th Governor-General of New Zealand, the first woman to hold either office.
