In the morning, trains to Melbourne depart from Platform 1, while Bendigo trains depart from Platform 2, this reverses in the afternoon.
Platforms 1 and 2:
- Bendigo line—V/Line services to Southern Cross
- Bendigo line—V/Line services to Bendigo (1 service per day extends to Echuca, 2 services per day extend to Swan Hill)
Platform 3: The third track/platform is used by the Victorian Goldfields Railway, a tourist operation between Castlemaine and Maldon.
