Casper Meets Wendy is a direct-to-video and second prequel/spin-off to the 1995 film Casper. It was released by 20th Century Fox in 1998. The film is a sequel to Casper: A Spirited Beginning. It was aired on Disney Channel around Halloween night October 27, 1998. This was the first major film for Hilary Duff, who was eleven at the time when this film was released.
