Campbelltown is the terminus of the South and Cumberland lines. However, a few South Line services a day continue south to Macarthur Station.

This station is serviced by four trains per hour each way, with additional trains during weekday peak hours. Cumberland Line trains operate only on weekday peak hours. The station is equipped for Easy Access for wheelchairs.
