Other Applications
Butane torches are sometimes used in vaporizing cocaine free base (crack) for inhalation. This also applies to methamphetamine to which the crystals are melted in a bubble pipe and the resulting vapours are inhaled. Smoking cocaine in this manner is called "torch cooking".
Another application is metal and glass working, for which specialized nozzles may be used.
