A third character named Bulkhead is one of the main group of Autobots in the 2010 computer animated series Transformers: Prime. His robotic appearance is similar to the Transformers Animated character, but his rear end is like that of a Honda Ridgeline and the front of a Peugeot Hoggar. Bulkhead's hand convert into blasters or wrecking balls. He transforms into an offroad vehicle, much like the Duster Renault. He was assigned to be the guardian of the human Miko Nakadai.
Bulkhead and Smokescreen are the only regular Autobot cast members in Transformers: Prime who didn't appear first in the War for Cybertron video game.

Famous quotes containing the word prime:
“In time, after a dozen years of centering their lives around the games boys play with one another, the boys bodies change and that changes everything else. But the memories are not erased of that safest time in the lives of men, when their prime concern was playing games with guys who just wanted to be their friendly competitors. Life never again gets so simple.”
