The Tattoo Challenge
On March 28, 2007 on the popular friendship network website Facebook, Greg Yorke from New Glasgow, Nova Scotia challenged his friend, Nicole MacDonald to get 25,000 people to join a Facebook group, and if she was successful he would have Bruce Frisko's face tattooed on his body. The goal was reached on May 1, 2007 and the tattoo occurred on May 12, 2007.
When asked about it, Frisko commented "I don't understand it. I've been doing the same thing unnoticed for 12 years. Now, suddenly, overnight I'm a cult figure."
