The findings included: Teacher Certification Deficiencies (two individuals have been assigned to positions for which they are not properly certified); Continued Lack of Internal Controls Over Student Activity Fund Practices; Possible Improper Retirement Contributions Reporting (questionable wages for the former superintendent); plus issues regarding funds, transportation, and a lack of documentation of MOUs.
