Today
Today the content of the publication is news that is local, national, and international in scope with campus news taking the a majority of print space. Articles are presented in four different sections; news, style, opinion and sports. In spring 2007, the paper underwent some large and noticeable changes. The online version of the newspaper was redesigned after years of neglect. A new service entitled "Exchange" launched online to serve the community and is often compared to Craiglist. New sections were also added; Business/Science/Technology and Healthy Living. However, the sections did not last long and are no longer created. The print paper itself went through a major redesign, a move which has been welcomed by the community. There are more than 70 students and staff members involved in its production. Today the newspaper is generated via computer and is still published in its 2000 format.

Famous quotes containing the word today:
“Not too many years ago, a childs experience was limited by how far he or she could ride a bicycle or by the physical boundaries that parents set. Today ... the real boundaries of a childs life are set more by the number of available cable channels and videotapes, by the simulated reality of videogames, by the number of megabytes of memory in the home computer. Now kids can go anywhere, as long as they stay inside the electronic bubble.”
—Richard Louv (20th century)
