On the 26th March 2012 the EAP left the Aeronautical & Automotive Engineering Department at Loughborough University following the RAF's request to have it displayed at the Royal Air Force Museum Cosford. The AAE department at Loughborough received a BAE Hawk 200 during March 2012 to replace the EAP as a teaching and research aid.

Famous quotes containing the words departing and/or university:
“I cant work without a model. I wont say I turn my back on nature ruthlessly in order to turn a study into a picture, arranging the colors, enlarging and simplifying; but in the matter of form I am too afraid of departing from the possible and the true.”
—Vincent Van Gogh (18531890)
“To get a man soundly saved it is not enough to put on him a pair of new breeches, to give him regular work, or even to give him a University education. These things are all outside a man, and if the inside remains unchanged you have wasted your labour. You must in some way or other graft upon the mans nature a new nature, which has in it the element of the Divine.”
—William Booth (18291912)
