Huachen Automotive Group Holdings
As of December 2009 Huachen Automotive Group Holdings Company Limited (Chinese: 華晨汽車集團控股有限公司) has majority ownership of Brilliance controlling 55% of the company. In 2011, Brilliance referred to Huachen as its "ultimate shareholder" and "the Group's major shareholder".
