Brenda Castillo (born June 5, 1992 in San Cristóbal) is a female volleyball player from the Dominican Republic, who plays as a libero for the Dominican Republic national team and the Azerbaijani club Rabita Baku.
Castillo has won ten times, in both junior and senior categories, all her specialization awards in international competitions: Best Libero, Best Receiver and Best Digger.
