Revision
Under the statute of the International Court of Justice, Bosnia and Herzegovina may file a request for revision within ten years from the date of the decision and six-months from the discovery of a new fact. Bosnia will need to show that the fact was not known at the time of the original judgment and that it would change the outcome of the proceedings.
