Bloom Consulting was founded in 2003 by the Portuguese entrepreneur José Filipe Torres in Madrid, Spain. The small office consisted of a team of three people before becoming international in 2005. Bloom Consulting is represented in eight countries with 50 employees.
Bloom Consulting operates in the areas of development of countries (country branding), management consulting and human resources. For research purposes, Bloom works closely with the European School of Management and the Instituto de Empresa, one of the highest ranked management schools by The Economist Intelligence Unit. Bloom Consulting works with private companies and governments. Example of governments which collaborated with the company include: Portugal, Spain and Poland.
