Platforms and Services
The station is currently served by two trains per hour ( in each direction ) on the loop formed by the Inner West line from the CBD via Lidcome, and the Bankstown line from the CBD via Bankstown. This results in four trains per hour which are not necessarily evenly spaced. There are some additional trains in weekday peak hours.
Because the Inner West and Bankstown lines form a circle, Bankstown line trains, which are not proceeding to Liverpool, become Inner West trains as they travel from Birrong to Regents Park and thence to Lidcombe.
The station is served by four trains per hour each way, with additional trains during weekday peak hours.
