Billy Hamilton (baseball)

William Robert "Sliding Billy" Hamilton (February 16, 1866 – December 15, 1940) was a 19th-century Major League Baseball player. He holds a number of offensive records that still stand today, and was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in 1961.
