Billie Piper
Billie Paul Piper (born 22 September 1982, in Swindon, Wiltshire) is an English singer and actress. Piper began performing in plays and dance, as she wanted to go into acting. She began her career however as a pop singer in the late 1990s, after she was talent spotted at the Sylvia Young stage school by Smash Hits magazine, through which she was given a recording contract. She later decided to retire from singing and refocus on her original ambition as an actress.
