Touring
The band toured regularly with fellow Australian bands Powderfinger, Something For Kate and Jebediah, and were main support on Radiohead's OK Computer tour of Australia. Big Heavy Stuff also played support to Dinosaur Jr, The Stone Roses, Neil Finn, Babes in Toyland, You Am I and other international artists.
Following a long period of inactivity, the group played a reunion show in Sydney on 18 April 2009 at the Factory Theatre in Marrickville. The gig was for the That Then This Now documentary. The band reformed again to support Powderfinger on September 18, 2010 at the Sydney Entertainment Centre, as part of Powderfinger's farewell tour.
