Spiritual Care
Bhaktivedanta Hospital's spiritual care department with its dedicated group of doctors, nurses and other support staff reach out to the patients to help them through spiritual and emotional counseling. The hospital believes that all ‘cure’ begins with the healing of the mind. While treating the patient for all physical ailments, the mind is also provided comfort and emotional care. The patients and their families are counseled at their time of personal distress without barriers of culture, religion or language.

Famous quotes containing the words spiritual and/or care:
“... the spiritual world is here and now and indisputably and preeminently real. It is the material world that is the realm of shadows.”
—Amelia E. Barr, U.S. novelist. All the Days of My Life, ch. 1 (1913)
“If the street life, not the Whitechapel street life, but that of the common but so-called respectable part of town is in any city more gloomy, more ugly, more grimy, more cruel than in London, I certainly dont care to see it. Sometimes it occurs to one that possibly all the failures of this generation, the world over, have been suddenly swept into London, for the streets are a restless, breathing, malodorous pageant of the seedy of all nations.”
—Willa Cather (18761947)
