CutWork Accessory and Software
The BERNINA CutWork Accessory was released by BERNINA late 2009, just in time for the Holiday season. When used together with the BERNINA CutWork Software, the BERNINA CutWork Accessory gives BERNINA embroidery systems the power to cut shapes, patterns and designs from single or multiple fabric layers.
Using a specially designed multi-position blade attached to the sewing machine needle bar, the natural up/down motion is used to cut the fabric as it is moved by the embroidery pantograph.
This accessory is not available on all embroidery capable BERNINA sewing machines. Some sewing machine models require a computer tethered to the machine for design processing and control.
