At the age of eight he was admitted into the child ensemble, at the Berlin Friedrich City Palace. Here he first experienced the stage stage in various revues. At the beginning of 2007, Trinks played Warrenville in the radio play, "a pact, a kiss and softy knee". At the same time he was filming the boarding school series "Schloss Einstein" as Nick. To round off a busy year, in 2007 Trinks took over a role in the American customer' in "Der Vorleser" (The reader). The film starred the British actors Ralph Fiennes and Kate Winslet. The film will come out in 2009. He played Dominik in the short film 'Teacher' (AT).
