Athletics

Bellevue University teams, nicknamed athletically as the Bruins, are part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), primarily competing in the Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference (MCAC). Men's sports include baseball, basketball, golf and soccer; while women's sports include golf, soccer, softball and volleyball.

The Bellevue men's baseball team won the NAIA Baseball World Series in 1995. In 2011, Bellevue University added men's and women's golf teams.
