Miyamoto Musashi
According to tradition, the ronin Miyamoto Musashi was present at the battle among Ukita Hideie's army. Supposedly, he escaped the defeat of Hideie's forces unharmed. Whether this is fact or myth is unknown, considering that Musashi would have been around 17 years of age at the time.
