The Basketball League of Serbia (Serbian: Кошаркашка лига Србије, Košarkaška liga Srbije) is the highest men's professional club basketball competition in Serbia. It was founded in 2006. From 2011, the league is also known as Agroživ Basketball League for sponsorship reasons.
