Area
Apart from the Baharampur municipality and Beldanga municipality, the subdivision contains three census towns and rural areas of 61 gram panchayats under five community development blocks: Berhampore, Beldanga–I, Beldanga–II, Hariharpara and Naoda. The three census towns are: Kasimbazar, Goaljan and Gora Bazar.
