Bani Yas consists of several branches, which are:

- Al Falasi (Aal Bu Falasah)
- Al Hameli
- Al Suwaidi
- Al Marar
- Al Romaithi (Al Remethat)
- Al Mazroui
- Al Sibusi
- Al Muhairi
- Al Muharibi
- Al Qubaisi
- Al Qamzi (Al Qamzan) - a branch of the Bani Yas tribe. They live in Abu Dhabi - Al Ain - Jumeirah- Al Samha. The tribe has about 200 men.
