Aur Resources Inc. was a Toronto, Ontario, Canada, based, international mining company active in the acquisition, exploration, development and mining of mineral properties. Aur has three producing mining operations and derives approximately 95% of its revenue from the production and sale of copper. Teck Cominco acquired all of the outstanding common shares of Aur Resources in September 2007.
