US Cable Controversy

Jaitley's opponent and Congress leader Kapil Sibal has alleged that Jaitley suggested the use of Hindu nationalism was opportunistic and was being done as it was in 'currency' in certain parts of India. Jaitley denied the accusations and said "the use of the word opportunistic in reference to nationalism or Hindu nationalism is neither my view nor my language".
