Arthur Rice

Arthur Rice (born December 27, 1962 in Asheville, North Carolina) is the lead singer for the Kingdom Heirs. He has been with the Kingdom Heirs since 1995. He previously traveled with The Kingsmen and Squire Parsons.

The son of Julius and Nedra Wade Rice, he has been nominated numerous Singing News Fan Awards nominations including favorite newcomer (twice), favorite lead (13 times), favorite baritone (once), and along with the rest of the band has won favorite band (6 times). The Kingdom Heirs have also been voted favorite group once during his tenure. Rice is currently Vice-President of the Southern Gospel Music Association and a member of its Board of Directors. He also produces Gospel recordings.
