Over the past four decades, Finkelstein has been responsible for the early hiring and training of many successful Republican consultants and managers, including Tony Fabrizio, John McLaughlin, Jim Murphy, Alex Castellanos, Kieran Mahoney, Jon Lerner, George Birnbaum, and Mitch Bainwol.
