Arthur Edgar Gravenor Rhodes

Arthur Edgar Gravenor Rhodes OBE (20 March 1859 – 26 December 1922) was a New Zealand Member of Parliament and Mayor of Christchurch. He was the first New Zealand-born person to be elected to the House of Representatives.
