Personal Life

Adams is married to Joyce Chin, a comics artist who has inked a number of his cover pencils. Adams has also inked his wife's pencils, as on Xena: Warrior Princess #4 (January 2000). They and their children live in San Francisco, California.

Regarding religious beliefs, Adams has stated that he does not believe in "any particular god".
