Art Fair

An art fair is a commercial exhibition that shows the work of artists or art dealers. Each entrant has to pay a fee.

Art fairs are not to be confused with art exhibitions. Exhibitions are organised by curators.

Most choice forsaken, and most loved despised,
Thee and thy virtues here I seize upon.”
    —William Shakespeare (1564–1616)

“O, why should Love, like men in drinking-songs,
Spice his fair banquet with the dust of death?”
