  • Primary APS
    • genetic marker HLA-DR7
  • Secondary APS
    • SLE or other autoimmune disorders
    • Genetic markers: HLA-B8, HLA-DR2, HLA-DR3
    • Race: Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, and Native Americans
