Ann Walton Kroenke

Ann Walton Kroenke (born December 18, 1948) is, indirectly, an heir to part of the Wal-Mart fortune. Along with her sister, Nancy Walton Laurie, Kroenke inherited stock from father, Bud Walton (died 1995), who was an early business partner and brother of Wal-Mart founder Sam Walton. Her husband, Stan Kroenke, is a real estate developer; he is a part-owner of the Colorado Crush (Arena Football League), and majority owner of the Saint Louis Rams (NFL), Arsenal F.C. (Premier League, English football (soccer)) Denver Nuggets (NBA), Colorado Avalanche (NHL), Colorado Rapids (Major League Soccer), and Colorado Mammoth (National Lacrosse League).
