On January 6, 2007 Krystal was arrested and later pled guilty to one count of mischief, and two breaches of an undertaking after consulting with the crown.
In February 2007 Krytal missed a show after he was arrested again for allegedly breaching an undertaking that forbids him from possessing or consuming alcohol.
